SOLVED. Fantasy book about a brother and sister that go on a journey with a prince that doesn't like them to save the prince's cursed/sick younger brother.

The brother can change into a deer and the sister into some type of bird because they are part of some sort of special race that is disliked. The kingdom had a prophecy or something about them where they destroy the kingdom I think. They were abandoned as children I think and the queen of the kingdom found them one day and sent them back to the castle. On the way back she falls off her horse and dies confirming a piece of the prophecy. The sister ends up working for the kingdom and the brother for some doctor/ herbalist in the kingdom because the king does not allow them to stay together because of the prophecy. Fast forward there is a disease running through the kingdom, the girl was investigating it until the king called her back because it is an important celebration that night for the kingdom. There we meet one of the princes that is a friend of the siblings. We also meet the other prince that doesn't like the siblings. The girl goes to get the friendly prince but he asks her to ditch the event with him and go for a walk. They do and the prince ends up fainting so she takes him to the brother's job to save him. They help him and head back to the castle even though the brother is banned from going there. The only way to save him is to go to the magic land where the sibling was originally from and ask for a magic powder. The king tells the girl to go but she says she only will if her brother comes. The king agrees only if they take the mean prince and they all agree. They start their journey together and the sister finds out something is going on with the brother and the other prince(friendly one). That's as far as I got. I read the book 1-2 months ago on the kindle app, might have been a kindle unlimited book but I can't find any reading history of it.
