My book isn't showing up on my profile anymore...

Earlier this year I was able to edit the info and access my book Tower of Dogs from my profile. Recently it has not shown up at all on my page, but it is still in the system with the same author name as H. H. Miller. Is there a way that I can get access again? I don't want to lose the reviews or create a duplicate.
