West has an amazing rapport with Justin, Phoebe’s oldest son. Given his own miserable childhood, where do those skills come from? Your thoughts about his relationship with both children?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments West said it was because he was childlike himself. However, because he was dismissed as a child, he was aware of how to treat kids.

I loved when Justin mentioned that people would think they were married if he slept with his mother. West noticed how Phoebe considered his comment before she responded. That touched West, and it made me laugh out loud.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments West had a natural affinity for children, and they sensed in him a genuine caring.

Exactly! Adults who grew up feeling as if they were never listened to or understood often relate well to children. I loved their relationship!
