A second chance romance about a guy and a girl with OCD. He comes back to town and finds out that her condition has gotten worse.

The book is about a guy and a girl who dated in highschool and the girl had OCD then. They break up and the guy leaves the town. When the guy comes back to town he finds out that she was involved in an accident that affected a part of her brain and made her OCD worse. Now they have to make sure that she is not on a specific routine cause if anything changes that routine it makes her very anxious and then she does something dangerous to herself to stop it.
A scene I can remember is when the guy told her he'll be back at a particular time and could not make it back at that time, she became very anxious and could not calm down till the guy gets back.
