YA books - written by three different perspectives, one girl is in a coma, other girl is her best friend, and third is a soccer player - 2009ish

I read these books years ago, maybe late 2008 or 2009ish? Three different books about the same topic (girl in a coma after a car accident maybe, soccer player boyfriend is cheating on her with her best friend, girl wakes up from coma and realizes) from three different perspectives. I have googled many times and can't find them. I do remember that the covers of each book were different colors (one was blue, one was green, and one was red). Any help please?!
