SOLVED. Children Adventure/ Fantasy, read around 2012-2014, the protagonist is a child/teen boy and meets a woman who takes him to a city in the sky where everyone is nude. [s]

Other major plot point is that the people in this city are nude (but this was not described graphically nor sexually, only the fact that these people only wore shoes was mentioned). The woman/people from this magical city above the clouds had the ability to fly, which is how the boy was able to travel there I think. I believe the woman had long dark hair, and everyone is human (some with magical abilities) The main character is a young boy, and all (if not, most) of the characters mentioned are of Caucasian descent/white people. If I remember correctly, the main character travelled between two settings (home on the ground and the cloud city) throughout the book.

I read this book during primary school (from the school library, in the UK) aged between 9-11 which is around 2012-2014, which is why I believe it would've been under children rather than YA (except for the nudity part). The book had a light blue cover. This was a physical book. The language was in English. The time period that the book was set in was modern, so modern fantasy. The book itself did not seem like it was an old book. Unfortunately, cannot remember the authors gender.

The plot points that I remember are so unique lol I hope someone else has read this book.
