Hello! I read this maybe ten or so years ago (2012-2014, maybe?), about a family farm is in danger of going under and a girl who is supposed to inherit the farm who is desperate to keep it in the family. She figures out something about wearing a ring and dipping her finger into the lake and therefore calling clouds for it to rain via magical condensation. I have no idea what the cover looked like.
