Books about Sapphic relationships developing?

Hi! I've been focusing a lot on reading queer literature lately (especially sapphic) bc as a lesbian I've craved the representation a lot. I've read some great books with sapphic romances forming but I've realized that I don't know of any books where these relationships develop over time (does that make sense??). I sorta want to see sapphics who have been together for a long time and experience normal relationship stuff. If you know of any books like these please leave them here.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is an amazing novel about a sapphic relationship over a long period of time. Not quite normal relationship stuff because it's about Hollywood starlets and lots of husbands and drama but the sapphic romance does have a lot of time and development in it, so this could maybe be the kind of book you're looking for.
