Merge duplicate entries

There are three copies of my new book, The Carnelian Phoenix, listed: one with cover and full details, which I created this morning; one which I tried to create yesterday, and was refused because my name was confused with another author by the same name; and a third, which I think may have auto-set up when one of my readers was very quick off the mark to upload a review!
Could you merge them so I have only one listing for the book with the cover, all the details including the book description, and my reader’s review? Thank you! Really appreciate your help.

I merged the duplicates and added the book to the series page. The review might need a day or two to show correctly due to the cache.
