Nora Currie I just finished Chapter 11 and the opening of the Front Gate reminded me of the scene in the first Lord of the Rings movie when Gandalf was trying to open the door when they were in the mountain!

Nora Currie I just started reading Chapter 12 and I love how the author describes the dwarves as being "decent...if you don't expect too much."

Nina, just read one chapter a day until you get invested in the book. Then you will read it faster!

I've been going for a lot of long walks on our trip and can't imagine it either. Maybe dwarfs are different!
