Happy August, y'all! The summer is flyin' by and I'm just gonna say it, I am so ready for cooler temps.

This week I'm reading Like I Promised by Charlie Novak.

I've got Murder on Astor Place. I had an Uncle Frank Malloy who was a NY city policeman until the 1970's. Cute coincidence.

Cooler temps sounds lovely! I'm reading a few books but I'm feeling meh about all of them :-(. The Ex Effect , Hugo and the Maiden and listening to Bayou MoonIt's probably time to re-read an old favorite.

I have been reading the Pat McIntosh detective series set on 15 c Scotland which I highly recommend. And I read the new Anne Gracie The Rake’s Daughter

Greetings from wet and windy Perth :) It is so nice and cold!! (well cold for us haha at 57 degrees lol) we are having a cold spell!
I just finished Not the Witch You Wed by April Asher It was a solid 3.5 stars, some of the story lines were wrapped up really neatly really quickly which was odd.
i am listening to Orientation by Gregory Ashe which is a PI story and I love the banter between the two private detective / best friends.
I am thinking of listening to Thank You for Listening next
