Unfortunately, it's not on Worldcat but it my edition has 266 pages - which I've also seen on some other pages (book depository for example)

Hi, can you please verify that 266 is the last page with countable contents? We count all end contents (author's note, acknowledgements, etc.) except for advertisements, excerpts for another book, and blank pages.

Yes, it is! There are 6 further pages but they are completely blank.
