A lyrical novel about family and friendship from critically acclaimed author Benjamin Alire Sáenz.

Aristotle is an angry teen with a brother in prison. Dante is a know-it-all who has an unusual way of looking at the world. When the two meet at the swimming pool, they seem to have nothing in common. But as the loners start spending time together, they discover that they share a special friendship—the kind that changes lives and lasts a lifetime. And it is through this friendship that Ari and Dante will learn the most important truths about themselves and the kind of people they want to be.

Start Date: March 1st 2015

So I have this Audio CD version for now until I get the ebook/audiobook in.. I'm on the 3rd CD now, I'm not sure where that means I am so I won't spoil anything but (view spoiler).

Brandy | 2535 comments (view spoiler) I am on disc 5 so approx. 60% I am just not seeing anything really great about this book. It is alright but not loving it. I'm hoping it has a really great ending.

I had such high hopes for this book too! I'm only on disc 4 right now. I'm trying to juggle between the audio book for clockwork and the audio CD for this one.

message 12: by Brandy (new)

Brandy | 2535 comments I don't know how you can juggle. I am only capable of listening to one book at a time. so I am going to try to finish this today so I can move onto Clockwork.

Haha I'm not sure how I'm doing it either. I've been listening to clockwork while at work, and this one on the ride home from work.

Brandy, you listened to the CD version right? Were there 7 or 8 CDs? I think I may be missing one?

message 16: by Brandy (new)

Brandy | 2535 comments There were only 7. the book just kinda ends and not a great flow to it. I can see why you might think something was missing
