SOLVED. YA Vampire book [s]

I know this book was about a girl falling in love with a vampire boy. I cant remember either of their names but a few plots I know is that she falls in love and finds out him and his whole family who are all adopted are all vampires. One point maybe in the second book??? The adopted mom is upset she cant have a baby so she leaves to go find a baby and I think she ends up finding one and turns it into a vampire? And something about the main girls best friend who she ended up ditching because she spent so much time with the guy, ended up being addicted to vampires biting her and ended up becoming a junkie?? Its sounds weird but i swear this is what i think happened.
