Originally a wattpad book but was published some time around 2016-2017, was about werewolves and was a teen romance

Ok so i only really know a few good details of the beginning of the book, the girl who is in high school goes on a run and runs into another girl and a guy around the woods and they both act kinda weird towards her, after she comes back to her house her mom who is a vet had found a dog that had been hurt and was trying to nurse it back to health at least until she could get it into the office, she was keeping the dog in a dog kennel in the garge. The next morning they find that the dog got out and was gone.
