Removing an author tag from my home page

Nick Fewings Someone has used one of my photographs, as the cover of their book, with my permission however, they have tagged me as an author of their book.

As I have recently published my own book, Team Lead Succeed, I don't want people being confused by seeing the other book.

The book that I want my details removed from is Innocent Heart by Moriah Ambus.
