The Autobiography of Malcolm X
question
Malcom X

In the autobiography of Malcolm X, Malcolm seems to be caught up more in the religion than in the race as if his public lectures were meant to defend the Nation of Islam. Because of this he seems more of a religious activist more than a racial activist. In this case does this mean that his job as an orator change the way his speeches were understood?
