Could you please merge this epilogue, which requires signing up for the author's newsletter, with its book, The Sea?

I've combined it with the editions of The Sea, and as it is now, it would merge with the kindle edition. There's no "ebook" edition on GR, so I'm guessing that's the way it would be handled?
