Ah yes, I see now in the announcement that even SuperLibriarians are stripped of this possibility. Bummer! Not sure though if using Contact Form and overburdening the GR staff with such technically easy issues is the right way to go.
There is, of course, a create-a-new-book-profile-and-merge alternative left, too, but it is also a lengthy one...

What is the reason it should be changed? The number you provide is quite different, so it is not a typing error or such?

The reason is that the publisher provides ISBN-13 9786094844669 for this 2022 paperback edition (https://obuolys.lt/isbn/978-609-484-4...).
I was unable to track the valid source for currently inputted ISBN-13 9786094759246.

That does not mean this one is invalid or should be changed. Sounds like a reason to create a new edition with the second ISBN, not edit the existing one.

Perhaps. My experience though tells me that it IS rather invalid because of the lack of valid official source.
Anyway, the issue is already solved. The GR staff changed it to requested ISBN-13.
