SOLVED. Children's/ YA Fantasy book. Read in 2010-2011. About a fairy? (I think) who was connected a tree?? (I think). [s]

Hey! I'm looking for a children's/YA book about a girl who was a fairy or some magical creature. And I THINK her name was Lucy or some other name that begins with an L. She had three other friends who were all fairies and I think there was some tree involved too that they were all somehow connected to. I don't remember. Also the book was part of a four book series with each book being about one of the friends. This book, the one with Lucy, was the second one I think and I'm not sure but I think it had a multicolored cover.
Oh also I think they used to transform into fairies at night and go hang out at the aforementioned tree. For what exactly, I'm not sure.

Sounds like the Stardust series by Linda Chapman. The first book is Magic by Moonlight and you're right, the girl is called Lucy.
