Have started this one Am enjoying the story but what’s missing, for me, is descriptions of both people and places

I find the author's writing style slows down my reading. I'm not certain what it is, but the words seem to be in an awkward order at times.

I agree. I've laughed out loud a couple of times at the way a missing or misplaced comma has turned a phrase into something totally wild.

Good knowing someone else on here is amused by punctuation errors and misspelings! Since I laugh at mine, too, I'm allowed this simple pleasure.

I have finished this one but it fell flat for me. Too many indistinguishable characters. Am afraid it would be a 2.5 for me

Finished, i thought the book flowed quite well, although I'm not fond of political thrillers.

Two issues for me were at the start of the book the author spelt Vickie with an ie, but in the found letter it was spelt with a y. Then later on the author called Michael Michael Lucas but his name was Davies, it was the twins who had the surname Lucas.

Also, can i point out that dead letters do not get tossed away, if there is no return address, they go to Ireland where they are opened and then forwarded on if an address is found, otherwise they are destroyed.
