[DONE] Please merge editions

Could someone please merge the duplicate kindle edition and the novella that's part of this boxset with the kindle edition please? Both have been combined with the kindle edition.

The novella was originally added to GR as a newsletter exclusive and has never been offered any other way. The author said she asked for it to be NABd but was told it couldn't be (not sure when or who she asked). I'm thinking that since it's now included in the box set that it should be merged instead of NABd.
