Can't remember title!!

So! I was reading a book awhile ago and now I totally forget what the title was or the author.... I hope someone can help me!!

Basically this girl goes into a bar where her sister is working...meets a boy...they hang out for awhile and start a relationship...he goes into the army promising he will come back to her...somehow she loses her memory...gets into an accident or something...but then she finds him years later when he's working at a car shop??? The last scene I remember reading is she finds his shop but and his friend sees her and scares her and she yells out the boys name jackopa I want to say and he sees her and runs up to her.....


I really liked the beginning of this book and would love to read it just can't remember what it's called!!!
