Girl is on a spaceship allegedly fleeing post climate disaster Earth. She is part of a large group that will colonize a planet in a hospitable solar system. Many generations have come and gone on this long voyage. She is close to her father who grows plants in the spaceship. A plague infiltrates the ship somehow and kills everyone, but girl is sealed in a safe room with food and a supercomputer. Girl eventually escapes room and ship and discovers she is on Earth and the ship never left. Recent book I believe. I read it recently, but somehow didn’t record it on GR.

This is Cloud Cuckoo Land. The story takes place at different times throughout history, with this particular section taking place in the future.
