SOLVED. YA Horror book. It’s basically about children who have tested for a disease go to a special boarding school type thing with no adults till they die. [s]

I can’t remember the name for this YA book I read years ago its set in a world where children receive a blood test at school (i think) and it tell them whether they have this disease or not and I’m pretty sure no one over 18 can’t get it (again I’m not 100% sure) the main character has it and comes home and see the vans outside his house ready to get him and his parents shout for him to run but it’s too late and they take him to a special school type thing where the children with the diease go till they die. I think the main part of the disease is that the ey get lots of bruises and I think a few of the kids work out their not sick and try to escape while other might actually be sick and do die I’m not sure. Any help would be appreciated! :)
