No. Saw it when I was about 12 and really wanted to read it, but never ended up doing it. Is it clean?

It was okay. It was pretty clean also. A few words but not that bad of words.

Oh my goodness, The Giver by Lois Lowry. A-MA-ZING!!! Completely mind-blowing! Everybody, please read it if you haven't already! It's so cool! (And the book is, once again, better than the movie.)

Yeah the giver was really awesome. I haven't seen the movie tho. Is it really that bad?

It's good! I would recommend seeing it just because I love watching movies of the books I love!

Oh, okay. :) I always thought that book would make an interesting movie because of the whole black and white thing.

No, I haven't read all of them yet, Avery, though I have them coming in through the library. I can't wait to read them!
Sierra, the movie is good, just not as good as the book. They changed some things and there's just not as much depth to the movie. But it is still pretty good.

Brandi, my favorite book is the 4th or 1st because in the 4th all the characters come together from all the different books!

I loved that whole series! Just make sure you don't stop on Gathering Blue, it may seem random at first and some people say it's boring, but it's really a great story and by the end of the series you will see how it ties in. Read ALL of them! :)

I will! I have the third from the library and am dying to read it, but I won't till I get the second. Right now my brother is reading The Giver and he is taking an agonizingly long time. It's driving me crazy! LOL ;)

Dark Confessions of an Extraordinary, Ordinary Woman renewed my faith in God. I highly recommend it.
