Addition to the sticky about how to request adds?

As I came across that a few times in the last days that I had to ask or do extra research and as I saw quite a few people using the sticky for orientation and following it (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) I thought if it would be possible to to add "Language" into the list there. (maybe with the addition that english does not have to be mentioned)

And it would be a searchable term then so maybe some librarians would want to do only these instead of going through all the other request threads click by click. (could be beneficial for the countries we don't see that often here maybe)
