I read this book recently. It was set in America, abortion was illegal and punishable by prison time. Fertile offenders had their eggs harvested. A lawyer was imprisoned on suspicion of having a termination, the mother had a miscarriage but the police decided she'd induced it deliberately so she was in prison. There was a young girl too who had been abused by her father. She had either had a termination or was helping women find clinics.

Today's news reminded me of this book but I cannot find the title.
