I read this book as a kid in the late 1990s/ early 2000s. I think it was published around that time but I can't be sure.
I remember that a tiger in the jungle plays tricks on other animals. I think he ties a snake in a knot or ties an elephants trunk in a knot. There's also something about turning berries into paint or something. At the end, the animals that were tricked band together to teach the tiger a lesson.
Possible titles are Tiger Tricks, Tiger Tracks, Tiger Tails, Tiger Tales, or any variation of those.
