You guys sure have lasted a long time... That Alien 3 script is also an audiodrama on Audible. https://www.audible.com/pd/Alien-III-... Ooo, it has Michael Biehn and Lance Henriksen from Aliens.

& read the graphic novel when they came out. I liked it so much I finally listened to Neuromancer!
Don’t be sad we haven’t read the books topping the ‘top books in 2022’ list - by definition, none of them have been out for more than 6 months and I, personally, prefer a range of older and newer books, and generally like it better if at least a few months, preferable 6 or more, have passed since the publication date. Brand new books tend to be expensive and harder to get hold of at libraries and the like, and there have even been those cases where they are published in the US but not yet in other countries.One thing I like Sword and Laser for is introducing me to books that are new to me, or that I might have overlooked or even ignored, so they don’t have to be brand new, and if you guys only picked the books there was the biggest buzz around, the picks would be less diverse and unique.
I'm pretty sure you mentioned the Aliens 3 script on the podcast last year. I listened to it sometime after that, back in July 2021.
Gibson's Alien 3 script has been running around the internet as a text file for a long time. More recently, it was adapted as a 5-issue comic book mini-series by Dark Horse Comics, which was collected in a trade paperback and marketed as a graphic novel, then the script was adapted as an audio drama with voice performances by Michael Biehn (Hicks) and Lance Henriksen (Bishop), and now the script has been novelized by Pat Cadigan. I've read the comics and listened to the audio drama. They aren't the same. The writers have taken slightly different approaches to their adaptations. I'll get a copy of the novelization too because I'm an Aliens junkie.
