When the videotape turned up missing in court, what were your initial theories and why? Were you later able to deduce what was going on and by whom? What were the clues?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments I thought that Cho took the tape because he found something else on it that would help Batttles win her case. Cho reminded me of Nolesco in some ways.

After a while I figured out that it had to be Rebecca Stanley. There wasn't anyone else who had the access. Besides she felt off to me. John Owens was a complete surprise. I didn't see that coming at all.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I had no idea who took the tape. I eliminated Cho because the tape would actually help him prosecute Trejo. And, I didn't believe that Battle would be dumb enough to take the tape since she was the last person to sign out the evidence box. When it was mentioned that the evidence guy wasn't at his station when she returned the box, I figured someone took advantage at that point and removed the tape. I just had no clue who it would be.

To me, it was obvious that Leah did not take the tape. Stupid she isn't! I felt like that a friend or buddy or someone connected to Trejo took it to save him from prosecution, but I didn't know who or how at that time in the story.

I never thought Leah took the tape. My first reaction was Cho did it to set up Leah, the tapes later showing up. But, as the story progressed, I recalled how Laszlo seemed to be so confident that he’d get off. I was convinced it was an inside job from the start.

All of this, lol. Sharon - I think we share a brain. I thought for sure it was Cho - I just couldn't figure why. When we see the tape of the night it went missing and he grins when he left her office - there is something off with him.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments Yea, that grin convinced me he was up to something.
