SOLVED. Gothic Short Story about an old man who is looking for a young healthy man to inherit his fortune [s]

This is a story that I read like 10-15 years ago. I'm pretty sure is either from an English or American author. The story is set in the late 1800s more or less. It's very Oscar Wilde-esque, but it's not from him.

The story goes about an old man who knocks on a young man door, and he tells him that since he doesn't have any children he doesn't have anyone to leave his inheritance to. Instead he's decided he wants to leave it to a young man who needs it, the only condition is that this man has to prove to be healthy and in good shape. The doctors do a medical check up on this man and everything's ok. They sign all the papers, and so the young man moves to the old man's mansion.

On the first night, the old man gives the young one something to drink (not really sure about this part), the young man gets knocked out and when he wakes up he discovers his body is now the one of the old man. Suddenly, he sees himself (but it's the old man) entering the room. He screams in horror.
