Anthony Esposito, the new ADA, gets rather aggressive with Morgan. Was his behavior typical posturing between lawyers or cause for concern?

I think he was a red herring thrown in to muddy the waters. Could he have been Morgan's stalker? I didn't think so but there was just enough that he could have been a possible suspect.
