Did I Do Something Wrong?

Did I do something wrong when creating the books in this series? I added the Series name and which numbered book it is when I created the titles, but none of them seem to link together.

Here is an example of what I did:
The Voidwalker Novellas: Haunted (The Voidwalker Novellas, #5)

If someone could let me know if I did something wrong or just missed a step to ensure that all eight titles link together, that would be awesome. I didn't see any options for actually creating a series like there was within the Amazon KDP menus.

I am also curious to know if/how collected editions should be linked as I have a title that is the full collection of all eight novellas in the series.

The titles are wrongly formatted, but that's not the issue. Only librarians can create a series. Please list the titles in order here and we can create one.

Also, if you can, edit the titles so that they read "Book Title (Series title, #)."

I THINK the titles might actually be correct. I know it is unconventional (and perhaps bad form) to include the series title in the installment title, but that is actually how I have them set on Amazon. The reason being, the series is written like one continuous story with each novella being more similar to an episode in a TV show than say distinct installments within a saga or trilogy, if that makes sense? I mostly just want to stress that these are parts of a larger whole so that people know what they're getting into.
