Daniel | 67 comments Goodreads has at least two authors named David Archer. Several quotations from the books of David Archer (novelist) appear on the quotations page of David Archer (climate scientist). It seems that all ten quotes currently appearing on David Archer the climate scientist's quotations page are from works by David Archer the novelist.

However, there seems to be a larger issue, with the climate scientist David Archer's book list containing several (perhaps 11) books he did not write - there seems to be at least one other David Archer who doesn't yet have his own distinct Goodreads author identity.

According to the climate scientist David Archer's Wikipedia page (appearing under the page title "David Archer (scientist)" there), he has authored or edited five books, all of them obviously about climate science:

The Long Thaw: How Humans Are Changing the Next 100,000 Years of Earth's Climate
Global Warming: Understanding the Forecast
The Climate Crisis: An Introductory Guide to Climate Change
The Global Carbon Cycle
The Warming Papers: The Scientific Foundation for the Climate Change Forecast
