SOLVED. YA Fantasy - Identical sisters meet, they are witches or have magic. [s]

I read this book around 2011 which was about a girl who moves to a new town and school and is shocked to find her identical sister. She finds out they both have magic/are witches? I think one of them was raised by the biological grandmother. The sister who’s just moved to the town falls for her sisters boyfriend.
I’m pretty sure the cover has mirrored image of a girl so it looks like two identical girls standing back to back. And i think it’s black with some green.
Please help me find this book!

No that’s not the book I’m trying to find but thank you for your suggestion :D
I’m pretty sure the book was mostly a black cover with the girls standing back to back (actually a mirrored image of a girl so looks back to back) and there was either some green or blue.
