Show your love and appreciation of reading during the month of June by reading five books featuring roses in their title, on their cover or as their subject matter, and be entered into a drawing for a Rose Prize Package.
This month is like previous months. Any adult can participate, but to be entered in the prize drawing participants must: 1. Be a member of the Lincoln Parish Library Readers Club. 2. Read 5 books featuring roses in their title, on their cover, or as their subject matter between Wednesday, June 1 and Thursday, June 30, 2022. 3. Present his/her completed log to a staff member at one of the Information Kiosks by 6pm on Friday, July 1, 2022. (Scans or photos emailed to jbolom@mylpl.org will be accepted.)
While I was logging in the books on her, I decided I was going to read Roses and Rot by Kat Howard. That one has been on my TBR pile since it came out. I just never had a chance to read it. Here is my chance!!
I will say that I found a bunch on our online e-services I would love to read. One of my other books I will read will be Beast, a Tale of Love and Revenge by Lisa Jensen
