Joining goodreads author program failed

I am the author of 5 books which are on Goodreads.com. But, my user ID is not associated with the author.

The following is the author's page:

I clicked on "Is this you? Let us know" link as per the FAQ suggestion and filled all details. But later I got a mail saying "Your application to the Goodreads Author Program has unfortunately not been successful. This is most likely because you haven’t supplied us with enough information to verify that you are the author.". But I have provided all the details needed.

Could you please let me know what else information is required? Why my application is getting rejected?
