Best Jane Eyre audiobooks? And do others having problems with Libby App losing data?

Was trying to place a hold for Jane Eyre & wonder if others have any best audiobook versions to recommend?
On the topic of placing holds on audiobooks:
Has anyone else experienced Libby dropping almost all of your personal data on a reoccurring basis?
Lost data (once in October 2021 & again May 2022):
1) Logged out & existing library cards erased from account
2) Some existing Holds lost (pattern unclear)
3) All tags & tagged books erased
To be fair & accurate, my current loans were retained (thank goodness!) but I wonder if this is simply Overdrive & Libby's MO?
In October 2021, I asked for my tags (links to books I want to read) to be restored.
My request:
The 200+ Tagged titles and All tags disappeared.
The Libby Terms of Service (TOS) confirm that up to 5,000 books/titles can be tagged & retained persistently on a Libby App account.
Why did all of my customized Tags & associated/linked titles to those tags disappear? Can the Tags be restored? Please & thank you."

Our developers are aware of an issue that causes Libby to sign some people out unexpectedly as well as clear their tags.
Right now, it's not possible to recover lost tags. If you have multiple devices, I recommend setting Libby up with a setup code there, so your cards and tags are copied over. You can also do this on your current device, using your web browser. Copying your cards and tags to another device (or browser) may help prevent tag loss in the future.
Consider me bummed.
