Please merge all editions

I am the author of the following book-

The page shows there are other 2 editions. Could you please help me by merging all editions? I tried to use "Combine" function provided, but it does nothing.

How do you write your name in your language? If it is on the book cover we should add it to the book here.

It appears that, now, my book's first edition's cover page became the overall cover page instead of the second edition's. Could you please flip it? The latest edition's cover page is the one with an airplane picture with the sun in the backdrop.

For another book, my name is written in both English and Kannada (the book's language). Is it possible to bring that author's name to this book so that my name can be searched in both languages? The book's link is:
