I’m trying to find this book. It’s driving me crazy. I read it in middle school but I don’t remember the title (HOW FRUSTRATING!!!). I have been trying to find it since then but nothing. So I have resorted to doing this. If this sound familiar to annoying and someone recognizes it please tell me what’s it’s called. I’ll try to write what i remember:

The book is Young Adult Fiction. Okay so there’s this guy and he is a senior in high school. He’s going to Harvard and like he’s really popular and I REMEMBER that there’s this quote about him getting a shitload of like yearbook signatures and his dad is proud of him for it I guess? I also remember a FLASHBACK scene where the guy remembers how his older brother died and how much his dad loved his brother and one day he finds his dad sobbing in the car and he like vows that he will be like his brother from now on and meet all his dad’s expectations of him. I also remember that he meets this girl and they on like some adventure or whatever. Turns out the girl is like rich and she’s like I don’t like you or anything, I just wanted to have fun. I REMEMBER DISTINCTLY a QUOTE that said something along the lines of “..this was my Roman holiday” At the end I think the guy does go to Harvard but not to study dentistry but to become a farmer?

and yeah. This is driving me crazy for YEARS cause I don’t freaking remember the name. The cover from what I remember was red and blue. There was a girl and boy on it but not life like more cartoonish.
