Paranormal Romance m/f fixing up a house with a ghost in the attic.

I think it was part of a series, each book featuring a different couple. I am pretty sure she was a witch and he was a bird shifter of some sort. Raven? Maybe crow? I think the ghost in the attic was her grandmother. I also think that whatever he was boosted the powers of a witch. And he had a daughter.

Been thinking a little more and I'm pretty sure the ghost in the attic was her grandmother, but it was in HIS house that he was fixing up.
I think at the end of the book he is offered a teaching position at a school?

Pretty sure his ex wife shows up and was given his feather by their daughter for some sort of nasty spell.
