Quotes I am adding are not showing

Hi. I am helping my friend Laura with her book... she has a new coming out and I wanted to revamp the page of her previous book by adding quotes and trivia.

I added the quotes to the book China Rock by Laura Kelly Robb (linked here) but they are not showing in her page. I can see them in "my quotes" and they are linked to her book, but the page doesn't show them.

I thought maybe they have to go to a review process but it has been hours and I wonder if there is another kind of issue.
