Lisa - (Aussie Girl) Combination of both. Probably what happened in the last book, how an innocent teenager was suspected and charged and what happened to him while locked up would have made a lot of people worried about innocent till proven guilty. There seems to be a problem with law enforcement in Scarlet Falls.
