Is this actually a series?

I looked at the page of the book "Why We Work" and saw it's marked as part of a series:

The description of the series, translated from Farsi through Google Translate:
"A collection of business-related books published by TED and translated into Iran"

I might be wrong, but I don't that it actually counts as a series. The books have a common topic but they're unrelated otherwise.

I would say no, especially if they are only labelled as a series in the Iranian editions.
