This thread is for suggestions and questions. The thread for participants is here.

1. 'M' is for March: Read a book that starts with 'M' or a book whose author's first or last name starts with 'M'.

2. Member of the Month: Sassafrass: Sassafrass has been a member of the RRRC since August 2011. Here is the link to Sassafrass's shelves - https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/3... Please read a book from any of Sassafrass's shelves or a book published in 2011 or a book published in August of any year.

3. Featured Author Challenge (FAC) author: Rebecca Zanetti:

Fun Facts about Rebecca

*Her first series was published in 2011
*Rebecca has worked as an art curator, Senate aide, lawyer, college professor, and a hearing examiner.

You may also read a book set in the Pacific Northwest or by an author who lives there. You may also read a book published in 2011, or a paranormal book, or a book with a MC starting a new job or changing careers.

4. Old Stuff Day (March 2): Read a book that’s been on your TBR for over a year. If you don’t have one that old, then read one of the oldest.

5. If Pets Had Thumbs Day (March 3): Read a book with an animal on the cover, or a book where a pet plays a large part or a shifter book.

6. Middle Name Pride Day (March 10): Read a book from the middle of a series you’re currently reading, or a book by an author that uses a middle name (or middle initial) professionally (i.e. Karen Marie Moning, Linda Lael Miller)

7. National Goof Off Day (March 22): Read a humorous book or a book with someone smiling on the cover.

8. I am in Control Day (March 30): Be in control! Read what you want because you want to read it. Dare I say… even if it doesn’t fit any other challenges?

9. Take a Walk in the Park Day (March 30): Read a book with an outdoors scene on the cover or a book you’d take with you on a relaxing visit to a park.

10. Reader’s Choice: Read any book of your choice.

Challenge Duration: March 1 to March 31, 2015

MountainKat | 31593 comments For #6 again, what about an author that uses two initials? I'm thinking specifically about J.D. Robb or R.L. Mathewson or any of the many others on my lists!

MountainKat | 31593 comments Breann, that made me laugh! Thanks - I realized both the books I was thinking about were middle of the series anyway so it wasn't critical.
