Same Author - three names/titles - please merge

This author is a clergyman and is actually listed in Goodreads three times:

Would be useful to merge them all.

Also, this raises the issue of people who write books under their titles as well as their names. I'm sure this is not the only incident of this occuring on Goodreads. A way to flag this more easily would be useful. Thank you for your assistance.

We can't merge Mike and Michael, but I removed the title.
