Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments @RF: That was quick!!!
Will update in msg1.
So, we have only 2 books to read now, that's on me. I'll wrap it up this week. *fingers-crossed*

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments Take your time. Let me know if you want me to offload one of the books for you if it's too much[No YA please 😅].
If not, I will continue with other pifm books which are pending 😂😂

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments Nah..that's fine.
You can continue with your pifm. 😂

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments @Speedy: How's it going with your reading???
I started with a light novel - The Tale of Despereaux.

I don't feel like hitting those crime or sci-fi or horror or dark novels right now 😂🤣

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments @RF: Haven't been able to...I'll and get it done with this weekend.
Weekend goals!
I so want to read but work and chores and errands! Ugh!

You're reading is going good? It's a shorter novel?

message 106: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments Yeah it's a shorter novel. Children's book. Talking animals.
Enjoying and relaxing my time.

Work / Chores / Errands.
We ought to multitask and manage time effectively.
Happy weekend reading goals 🥳🥳

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments Talking animals!? That's sounds fun and cool.

Yeah, agreed. But when errands turn into mini trips across the city, it gets hectic. 😅
Thanks!!

Enjoy your reading!

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments Have completed Translation. Kafka on the shore. It's been a strange experience, I mean 490 pgs of Murakami was bound to get unreal and strange.
Updated msg1.

Only one book left to tackle - YA - 2009.
Any recos?
Would like a light read. :)

message 109: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments @Speedy: that's great!

Hahahhaha. Light read for YA. Let me check. I'll update if I find any good light/cheesy novels.

message 110: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments Suggestions :

The pace by shelena shorts(paranormal romance)

North of beautiful by Justina Chen(romance)

Going bovine by libba Bray(satirical comedy/magical realism)
[Prefer this over the first two]

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments @RF: Thanks for the recos!!!
Will go over the blurbs and pick one today.

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments I had seen North of beautiful when searching for YA.
Rest will look at now

message 113: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments @Speedy: How is it going? June I will also be swamped with work/life/chores/errands :D
Max 2 books this month is the target.
Let's see. Read a couple of comics this week...
Now to head back to the same old Mystery/Crime/Horror/Sci-Fi/Dark genres!~

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments @RF: This has been a crazy week too. But will finish YA by tomorrow eod.
I have another reading challenge (self ) but 6 books by June 15th. Not sure if I'll be able to get that one done successfully with the way things are right now.
Going Bovine looks interesting but it's slightly long, will be saving it for tbr.

YA will be reading Hush, Hush
Because
A. It's shorter
And It might be similar to twilight? Idk
which means
B. I can use zero brain power and get through(with decent fun quotient, hopefully). :D :D

message 115: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments @Speedy: Lol, great!!
I had heard about Hush Hush. Luckily I'm not too much a fan of YA.

We're finally done!!

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments @Speedy:That's awesome!!!
Woohooooooo🥳🥳🥳🥳

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments Yes!!!!
Hopefully, the next decade round whenever happens, I'll do better than this. :D

message 119: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nathan-93) | 554 comments Next decade challenge we may be pitted against each other. 🤣🤣🤣
I'd hate to imagine what'd happen if Speedy is fully recharged & powered up....

Bookworm (have loads of catching up to do) | 1001 comments Reverse flash can hold his own, I'm sure. And RF is faster than Speedy. :D
