Childrens book - Probably a Picture book, possibly titled "Cat", about a cat that's feed marijuana/weed, looses its hair, and is knitted a sweater. Anti-drug book. Read late 1990s/early 2000s.

Plot is that a kitten is born, bully boy feeds them pot meatballs, then puts it in a bag with a brick and tosses it in the river. An old lady rescues it, but thanks to the pot the kitten has lost all its hair, so the old lady knits it a sweater. It has the line "whether you eat it or smoke it, marijuana is a poison to the body". Was probably read in late '90s, early 2000s.
