[DONE] Delete Duplicate Editions

I have 2 editions that need deleted.

#1 this empty paperback edition was created by the author without ISBN then amazon created a new edition with ISBN. The empty edition needs deleted.

#2 this kindle edition was created by Amazon but the preorder was pulled making this AISN invalid. The book was then put back up for preorder and assigned a new AISN which was created by Amazon.

#2 This needs to be handled by Staff. The author will need to contact Support, explain the situation, and request a deletion.
